Remember the grief Hillary got for not getting a rescue squad to a consulate 1000km from Tripoli? (a CIA unit was there in about 20 minutes, but a bigger team flew in in the morning. no, Hillary didn't refuse rescue - there was some slowdown via Panetta's team re: civilian or military attire to be worn - nor did she ever deny security provisions).
There will of course be 10 Congressional investigations on how the Pensacola attack could have taken place, and why we're training Saudis in Florida to fly planes again.

The rapid response team was ordered to stand down by superiors in Washington and never received orders to deploy After waiting for a half hour, a lifetime in this type of situation, they ignored that order and deployed on their own imitative They managed to drive the by then dug in terrorist force, from the compound and one of their members was killed in this courageous rescue mission.
This factual account was reported by the Team Leader and other members of the team but only long after the fact because they were under a gag order from their superiors in DC.
