Wrong link, sorry. I linked to an article discussing the granting of the temporary restraining order. Yesterday, the court granted the request to enjoin the closing of Long Island Jewish Hospital after two unions and a group of doctors joined together and prevailed on their claim that the decision to close the hospital was done in violation of New York's Open Meeting law.
