p.s. if someone wanted to really get into it, they might talk about how many blacks participate in the #1 professional spectator sport in the south: stock car racing.

It is interesting, the rate of blacks enrolling in college is increasing.

There was a dramatic increase in college enrollment following the election of Barack Obama.
On the other hand, Trump had a photo-op with the heads of historically black colleges and universities. Trump followed the imagery with cutting programs that aid black students trying to enter colleges and universities.
