Yes, they could have (and did) cause enough chaos to turn off 80,000 from voting,
as well as get 80,000 to switch sides, as well as to create enough problems voting for blacks especially
to lower Hillary's vote by 80,000. 240,000's not a lot.
I'm still waiting for the extra actually hacked/changed votes as well. Unfortunately, we don't have the friendliest administration at the moment for looking into voting machines & other improprieties.

Liberals don't seem able to digest their failures and losses in any rational introspective manner reverting to denial and projection like clockwork. This isn't new, the last time it was the treacherous Naderites who denied them their smug entitlement to rule. The fact is that Clinton recieved 3 million more votes than Trump, from their costal enclaves, but lost the election by ignoring the heartland. She actually ran against the needs of working people and bragged about it. Russian meddling wasn't needed to convince enough people not to vote for Crooked Hillary and Trump voters already knew what grifters the Clintons were. The emails released by Wikileaks just verified what people already knew about Clinton and the DNC's dirty tricks in the primaries and that was enough truth for enough democrats and independents to withhold their votes for Clinton while most did not vote for Trump. Insulting people who usually vote democrat but rejected Clinton by grouping them with airheads who depend on social media to make their voting decisions may induce them to vote for Trump in the 2020 election and join the #WalkAway movement. This is a good thing so keep driving people away from your failing liberalism.

The public isn’t walking away from Democrats. Voters are making districts that were solidly Republican to being competitive for Democrats. You knew that, even though your posts make you appear to be fact free. You remain amusing. You really must enjoy being in league with bigots like Laura Ingraham. Because I haven't seen anyone the left as smug and entitled as O'Reilly, Hannity, Rush, Trump, Roger Stone, Giuliani, Roy Moore, Laura Ingraham, Betsy De Vos, Erik Prince, Ted Cruz, arco Rubio, and a host of other crooked, smug and entitled assholes.

And whether those emails said A or B, stealing emails and publishing is ILLEGAL, you quack. Trump didn't even release his tax record, much less his potty mouth Apprentice tapes or his various legal settlements such as when he pulled his wife's hair out by the roots... think those would make a difference, when Trump's base finds out he's not a billionaire, owes tons of money to Russians, and is a filthy violent kech? Should we steal those docs and publish them too, or make a deal with Russia to do it? How about that faked pizza pedophile slander, or the lie that NYPD was going to charge Hillary with crimes? All's fair, including hundreds of Russian fake bloggers making up disinfo? Surely you've seen the indictments, like the guy who made up phony bank and paypal accounts for Russian hackers - all good with you, even though grossly illegal? Oh, I forgot - Hillary's emails - worse than Trump giving the Russian ambassador top secret Israeli intel or setting up a back channel with Moscow to coordinate money laundering and sanctions relief?

Yes but only because it helps to have your comprehensive compilation as a checklist to work against, otherwise it would be overwhelming task.

(And should you want to get into individuals more, I found that Wikipedia has a nice start. Though I don't know if one could legitimately claim that he has saved the American people from like Senator Pocahontos or Liddle Bob Corker. I do like the inclusion of McCain, though, is sort of fitting to represent the GOP establishment...)
