You might learn something about the crime bill from Ed kilgore

It was posted by someone who greatly benefitted from its provisions when she worked as a Social Worker in NYC at that time because it increased the resources she could tap into. It is very interesting, and I think, objective. I didn't realize that Biden was far more involved in getting this though than anyone else.
