Obvious question, less obvious answers:
CNN Money says $30,000.
Reuters says $3,000 - $5,000 more than the current Prius, but that better mileage won't pay back the extra costs.
A few blogs claim that Reuters reported that the Prius plugin would cost as much as the Mitsubishi i-MiEV which costs $48,000, but I can't find that article.
