The US economy is based on job churn. I recall the uproar 15 years ago that we were bleeding SW programmer jobs at a horrid rate. I checked the statistics, and we were hiring the same # of "software analysts" - so either rebranding or added knowledge of specific verticals - which is btw good if you're competing against Indian offshoring, etc.
