If Moon Over Alabama is sad, I'm ecstatic. The Carnegie site is pretty good. The result is largely status quo but standdown of military threat, which lets Kiev focus on EU/economics, Donbas - a tiny and less-and-less important coal district - is still in the doghouse but not a big threat, kick the can down the road. All good. There's no real strategic value to Russia taking Donbas. Mariupol is probably not worth the outrage (there'd be much more than with Crimea).
