The media has to learn to monitor Trump's mental instability as manifested by tweets and simultaneously report on his policy outrages marked by assaults on the environment, voter suppression, pullback on health care, and attacks on immigrants. The NYT and WaPo are doing some of this with teams of reporters placed on stories. There is a lot of pathology to cover.
