Having read the detailed description of the incidents, as well as the response from Judge Moore and his campaign, I can no longer endorse his candidacy for the US Senate.

This will lead to other Republican Senators doing the same. Whether that's because they are enabled or pressured depending on what was their own original reaction to a powerful figure of authority phoning a 14 year old girl, directing her to leave her house and meet him on a corner somewhere so he can essentially sneak her into his house where he forces her to participate in sexual foreplay.

Meeting 14 year-olds on the corner for chrissakes.
All I can think of is some old line that most parents give their children:
CANDY?
damn!

Sick, even for a bible thumper. I didn't say "for a bible thumper Republican" because I checked "Red State" and "Just one minute" and their reaction is the same as normal people. I know that the Alabama Controller, some guy named Horowitz and other assorted denizens of the Right endorse a 32 year old Asst DA stripping a 14 year old girl and other acts I won't discuss..
Revolting swine.

On first thought, this strikes me as really radical, like telling voters "vote the way we want you to, or else"
McConnell: If Moore wins, he'll "immediately" face Ethics Committee
On the other hand, this qualifier makes me think anew
"I'd like to save the seat, and it's a heck of a dilemma when you've got a completely unacceptable candidate bearing the label of your party within a month of the election," he added
what is a political party anyways, if they can't define who or what they are? We've gotten so used to the idea of people voting for a personality (or the reverse of hating a personality in office or running for office) rather than a party, that it no longer strikes us as abnormal.
