The House here is in the role of prosecutor. The experts agree they can do it if they think best for society.

again, a reminder that Scarborough served 3 1/2 terms in the 1990's the House of Representatives as a conservative Republican and voted for the impeachment of Bill Clinton ...an avid"new Federalist" and signer of "The Contract with America"....etc.
