Because I know you have been thinking of me, here I am ...
... hanging out next to the remains of Christopher Columbus ...
... shooting the bull ...
... and enjoying some local flavor.
That´s all from Spain for the moment. More to come after I overthrow the joint. Or eat a lot of tapas. Whichever comes first.

Wolfie you and your lovely wife should be drinking as much yummy Sangria as possible... do it for me and yourselves! It is so much better than food.
Merry Christmas.

Welcome to Spain Wolfster! You are obviously in Seville by the photos... Right now it is colder than a well digger's patooty in Spain. Tell me if you are ever in Madrid.

David:
When I lived in Madrid, our favorite pastime was "tapa hopping" and going to the suburbs when the bars closed to enjoy the flamenco dancing. Is it still a favorite pastime?

For late night flamenco, Casa Patas on Calle Cañizares, 10, is the best and it is down town (metro Antón Martín). Nowdays Madrid is filled with after hours places that close at 6AM... The tapas are still wonderful, but late night folks seem to prefer cocaine.
