Is it Peter Griffin or Glenn Beck?

    Peter Griffin or Glenn Beck?
Hello everyone and welcome to the latest episode of “Is it Peter Griffin or Glenn Beck?” the show where we look at 10 quotes and decide whether they are from Family Guy father Peter Griffin, or from Apocalypse-hugger Glenn Beck. Let’s get started, shall we?

    1. I’ve got an idea - an idea so smart that my head would explode if I even began to know what I’m talking about.
    2. “You know, we all have our inner demons. I, for one — I can`t speak for you, but I’m on the verge of moral collapse at any time. It can happen by the end of the show.”
    3. “I guess the lesson learned here is that it doesn’t matter where everyone is from as long as we’re all the same religion.”
    4. “What I feel like saying is, ‘Sir, prove to me that you are not working with our enemies.”
    5. “I thought you wanted us to murder the children and harvest their organs for beer money.”
    6. “I’m thinking about killing Michael Moore…I could kill him myself, or if I would need to hire somebody to do it,…No, I think I could. I think he could be looking me in the eye, you know, and I could just be choking the life out. Is this wrong?
    7. “Anger and discontent at home. The year is 2014. Many people are feeling disenfranchised. People are isolated from their political leaders … Internet connects like-minded people. And the ‘Bubba Effect’ arise in individual militias.”
    8. “You foul, venereal disease carrying, street walking whore.”
    9. “Cindy Sheehan is a tragedy slut.”
    10. “You know what really grinds my gears? You America. That’s right. Fuck you, America.”

I agree with all ten of those witty examples!  Glenn Beck ROCKS!

    NOBAMA!

My new insult to people is going to be "tragedy slut."  It sounds dirty and wrong whether or not you are applying it to an actual tragedy slut or an activist mom.

Wow ,  you are a loser.

Try using facts to fight Beck for once, why can't anyone do that ?  All anyone do is call him names.

It just show's how right he is.

Wait a second.  So, Glenn Beck gets to wage war with phrases like "tragedy slut" and his opponents need to use "facts", lest they be accused of namecalling?  Okay, I get it.

Exactly. He gets to call people names, but if you call him a name for calling other people names without using facts to prove that those other people are not, in fact, tragedy sluts, then you've just breached a line of decorum.

You don't want to breach a line of decorum, do you?

(I'm fairly certain that Anonymous was not attempting parody, but he is definitely pushing up against Poe's law.)

    Damn, beat me to it...

Or more amusingly, criticize ad-hominem attacks with the sentence, "Wow, you are a loser."

Ironically, I am a loser, but that is so not the point.

    Oh, and fact check:

    http://www.factcheck.org/tag/glenn-beck/

I expected there to be more entries…

Um, excuse me?  You can't use factcheck.org as a reference.  Why?  Because they're associated with Annenberg and Annenberg is associated with Obama.  I know this because erstwhile muppet Orly Taitz told me so:

Speaking of which, why hasn't Orly Taitz provided documentation to prove that she was not in fact constructed in Jim Henson's creature shop?

Why keep up the sorry pretense that Griffin and Beck are different people?
