    My name is David Seaton. I'm an American who lives in Madrid Spain, my home blog is http://seaton-newslinks.blogspot.com/ and for several years I have been cross-posting to TPM Cafe, which looks ready to pack up.

    I'm wondering about cross-posting here in the future and this post is a kind of trial run, to see how it works and whether I have any friends here.

    I am jealous David, we were watching the Tour of Spain yesterday and decided that would be the most excellent place to go to ride our bikes! It is so beautiful there.

    It's too hot to ride a bike in Spain right now unless they pay you a lot of money to do it.

    Well if I could get someone to pay me to ride a bicycle, I would be in heaven... and life blogging my wonderful news!!! Still it is quite beautiful there, at least from the pictures of the tour of Spain.
