Prez to Duterte: "I crap bigger than you..."

The new  president of the Phillipines, in asserting his prerogative to violate generally accepted standards of due process within the boudaries that define his rule, has referenced President Obama in pungent terms...

While normally I regard the umbrage industry as useless, in this instance (perhaps because the victims of Duterte's "justice" are said to be purveyors of fine psychotropics) I have to confess that I wish Obama would meet Duterte, and then duplicate the manner of address so iconically displayed by Jack Palance, viz:

I seriously do not like Duterte...I guess, though, there'd be the risk that arguing for due process before you drop a dime, er drone, on one of your citizens might turn around and bite Obama in the ass...

"Drop a dime" is here used advisedly, as Duterte's modus operandi has been partially to encourage public denunciation followed by "self-help" neighborhood watch formation.

"Please feel free to call us, the police, or do it yourself if you have the gun ... you have my support," he told the crowd and television cameras.

"Shoot him [the drug dealer] and I'll give you a medal."
