Uh, dumb question I know, but how does this fit our NAFTA obligations? Or laws and agreements and contracts don't matter anymore?

I understand this will effect Mexico's GDP by 1%. But if you would ask the man on the street in Michigan, he would probably tell you, "Maybe car manufactures might learn to stay home after this?"
