The only statistic that counts: if you are black, it is 100% certain you will be at more risk in any cop encounter than if you are white.

Who was in charge that day on the highway? No comment?
The only honest cop in Philly that day was the one in the surrounded cop cruiser who said "they are on the highway and they are not violent". Then he walked away. SWAT arrived and it was a free for all on cops favorite targets, harmless unarmed civilians, and particularly women, or anyone filming them.

SWAT flat out lied. They trapped and gassed peaceful protesters complying with police orders.

Who was in charge? Or are SWAT teams just unsupervised violent gangs of riot gear equipped hooligans who do turkey shoots of peaceful citizens? Somebody should inquire.

Coleman Hughes is a graduate of Columbia University. He needs to up his game now that he is at City Journal.

??? Only articles on this thread are by Laura Bronner @ 538 & Chris Palmer & Ellie Rushing @ Philly Inquirer. You mean the reference to him in the tweet by Sachs? It doesn't link to what he had theorized on the matter that I can see. You have read whatever it is?

Coleman apparently has a gig writing for right wing media. The employment competition for Columbia grad, black right wing apologists or advocates is slim and demand high. He hasn't, however, endorsed Trump to my knowledge, yet.
This is him praising Fox News:

To be clear, I don't believe left and right partisans have been equally self-serving in their reading of Mueller report. The FoxNews narrative has been more accurate on both collusion and obstruction than the CNN/MSNBC narrative.
