Bay Area National Anarchist Andrew Yeoman on the CCC Thor Protest

Andrew Yeoman is a Bay Area based nationalist and founder of the group Bay Area National Anarchists. I talked with him for an article I wrote previously on his movement. Building off of the last post I did on the subject of Thor and Heimdall, I figured he could provide an untapped viewpoint:

The Next Generation of Hate

What started out as a comment in response to seashell over the Thor controversy quickly became a post unto itself. Here is the original comment:

The Inequality Is Worse Than You Think

This is ridiculous:

Now for some really scary breaking news, from the latest payroll tax data. Every 34th wage earner in America in 2008 went all of 2009 without earning a single dollar, new data from the Social Security Administration show. Total wages, median wages, and average wages all declined, but at the very top, salaries grew more than fivefold.

Marvel "Thor" Movie Triggers New Heights Of Right Wing Racism

If you have ever read into the history of the German Nazi Party and following white supremacist splinter groups throughout the world, you'll know that these sociopaths have a special place of reverence for Nordic mythology. So, in daring to produce a high budget adaptation of Thor and including a cast that looks like America, writers like Richard Spencer (also a contributor at Pat Buchanan's lovely The American Conservative magazine) are aghast:

There’s a new Thor movie coming out soon. It’s based on a comic book that’s roughly based on Norse mythology (which means that it will feature bearded men wearing helmets and carrying spears and mead horns; don’t expect Asatru). Predictably, after Black Muslims have been brought into Sherwood forest and a Hollywood casting director was fired for refusing to cast non-White hobbits, Odin’s pantheon is thoroughly multiculti.

Cross-posted here and at Little Green Footballs.

In a post I made a while back at Little Green Footballs called "The Roots of Scaring White People," Sergey Romanov left this interesting comment:

Huey Long and Old School Populism

There's a lot of value in reading and absorbing material from across the political spectrum, as it gives you a clear idea of what on earth is actually going on. After going through books by Saul Alinsky and Christopher Hitchens (the latter of which still describes himself as a Marxist), a few things have struck me.
