    FOOD AND TEABAGGERS AND SENSIBILITY

Andrew Sullivan, the Log Cabin Repub is continually embarrassed by the Party that was born in Ripon, Wisconsin.

9.23 pm. I was surprised by the ineptness of Perry's attack on Romneycare. But I am more surprised at the cheering of someone dying because he couldn't afford intensive care. Yes, the GOP is now not only cheering executions; they are cheering people dying because thay cannot afford any health insurance. Cheering death by poverty. "Yeah!" came the cry at the thought of a twentysomething dying because he didn't have insurance. I didn't think I could be more shocked by the instincts of those in the Republican base, but I just was.

9.22 pm. Romney is now accusing Obama of cutting Medicare spending. Do they hear themselves?

9.20 pm. Wow. Romney is actually talking about how to cut healthcare costs. No, really.

All I could think of was how much I really really love the Tea Party!

I mean, fuck the losers who are not prepared for life.

Fuck the losers who find themselves in times of trouble and who forgot to seek Mother Mary's Health Insurance for their undiagnosed medical condition.

Fuck the losers who are not prepared to meet their fates!

Tea Baggers: I love you for who you are.

Of course I hope you all die from some virus that nobody every heard about.

    I just viewed a documentary entitled Forks_Over_Knives

Remembering that there are as many roads to hell as roads to heaven, I enjoyed this flick.

It is about a giant of a man (gotta be 6'4” and 220 lbs) who was scared. He was scared that he was heading for a heart attack while only in his forties.

The giant seeks counsel from a couple of doctors who were seeking 'cures' through natural foods (whatever they are) rather than advising their patients to find a Walmart drug store with full prescription pads.

The film centers on this trio along with several other patients who are examined along with two other doctors (old men who feel good) proposing the magic cure.

One historical note just astounded me.

The short essay on Norway in this flick focused upon the invasion by Germany of this wonderful Norse Peninsula in 1940.

The NAZI's occupied Norway for several years during the really Great War and confiscated the nation's entire dairy and beef industry.

It was the single greatest health care initiative that could ever have been delivered to the Norwegian People. Hahahahaha

Heart problems and cancer went down significantly. Hahahahahahahaha

And studies that took place in China in the early seventies demonstrated that peasants who lived on rice and whatever else they could muster in their garden plots did better than their urban brothers and sisters as far as surviving years on this planet in relatively good health.

    Life is complicated.

If life were easy anyone could do it.

The enduring theme for this documentary was that meat and milk kill!

Now, like I said life is complicated.

And if we just purchased all our food in natural food stores I am sure we would be better off.

The problem with vegetables is that the giant agri-businesses do not produce flora as they did a hundred years ago.

There are pests that must be addressed.

There are infestations of bacterial devils that must be addressed.

There are issues concerning the harvest and the distribution of these magical plants.

There are issues concerning the basic nutritional needs of 310 million folks in this country as well as the nutritional needs of 7 billion folks on this planet.

    And there are the standards.

Kafka did not live that long and he surely makes my life's work seem insignificant.

Hell, some members of the Jersey Housewives make me look insignificant.

Is the world better off if I live to be 86 like my worthless mother (not evil, just worthless) or die of a heart attack at my hermitage tomorrow?

If we do just decide to live on plant life (and I am considering this) what about the herbicides and the manure and the other fertilizers that contaminate and yet enrich our crops?

Oh the nature stores will protect us?

    Fuck that.

I have not read the entire file of everything that could be purchased at a natural food store and neither has anyone else.

Well, it's all sanctioned by the NATURAL FOODS THOUGHT POLICE ADMINISTRATIVE FORUM!

    Oh well.

But some Teabaggers make a good point. I mean look at this wonderful fellow:

A 290-pound man is suing the White Castle fast food chain because, he claims, their seats aren't built for a person of his size. Stock broker Martin Kessman took legal action last week, 2 years after complaining to the corporate office about the size of the stationary booths at White Castle's Nanuet, N.Y., location.

Now Lisb has ruined my life by showing what I really look like on her blog.

Why the fuck this all could not have been accomplished four years ago when I was 170 pounds is beyond me but God and the fickled fate creator decided to have a big joke on me! Hahahahaha

This asshole Kessman (who becomes even a bigger asshole because he is a stock broker, hahahahah) makes a mockery of our courts, our food distribution network and our entire health care system.

Donal is real good at this natural food concepts as well as others who write at Dag.

This essay is not an attempt to come up with answers to anything. What the hell do I know?

I managed to get trim and fit jogging and learning about balanced diets in my late 20's; managing to lose 70 pounds.

In my 50's I did this once again.

The documentary Forks Over Knives was forced to introduce itself with disclaimers all over the place.

I mean if a fat old fart can sue White Castle for failing to provide huge benches and tables for the gigantic monsters some Americans have become (including moi); shite, some idiot will sue the doctors and the producers of an extremely revealing film because their fat uncle started to eat turnips and died anyway.

I will leave you with this thought concerning the results that might follow taking this plant life crusade too far.

ATLANTA -- The Georgia Supreme Court has upheld the murder convictions and life prison sentences given to an Atlanta vegan couple who were charged with allowing their baby to starve to death.

Prosecutors said Jade Sanders and Lamont Thomas, who lived a vegan lifestyle and ate no animal products, were living in the city's Buckhead neighborhood when Jade gave birth to their son, Crown Shakur.

In April 2004, authorities said Crown died at 6 weeks old, emaciated and weighing less than four pounds.

Authorities said the child died of bronchopneumonia due to extreme malnourishment or starvation. Police said his diet consisted only of soy milk and apple juice.
