Why government secrecy has gotten out of control.

Our country's situation and the various views of how to deal with its problems are complicated enough that I am at least occasionally surprised at who I agree with or who I believe finally said something that makes sense. [Making sense means I agree] From the time I became aware of Eli Lake and his neocon pimping, my loaded term for his expressions defending neocon positions, I have had a strong aversion to even seeing his face. So, with that introduction, as complimentary a one as I am able to make about him, I suggest you listen to this six minute clip where he talks about the U.S. security apparatus and the dangers we face if it is not controlled.
I cannot get the link correct to go directly to the part that I am pushing but what I posted will take you to the sight which is subdivided into shorter segments. Cick on: Why givernment secrecy has gotten out of control. Nine minutes, approx.
