A month before Donald Trump clinched the Republican nomination, one of his closest allies in Congress — House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy — made a politically explosive assertion in a private conversation on Capitol Hill with his fellow GOP leaders: that Trump could be the beneficiary of payments from Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“There’s two people I think Putin pays: Rohrabacher and Trump,” McCarthy (R-Calif.) said, according to a recording of the June 15, 2016 exchange, which was listened to and verified by The Washington Post. Rep. Dana Rohrabacher is a Californian Republican known in Congress as a fervent defender of Putin and Russia.

Excellent - will make Ryan's place in line of succession difficult to justify staying silent while knowing POTUS was on the take (same as Pence's, considering his role in firing Comey/obstructing justice and knowingly hiring a compromised national security chief under investigation )

So how far down the line of succession do we have to go? Is this going to be like Designated Survivor except with Ben Carson in the role of Kiefer Sutherland?

Orrin Hatch? I'm as outraged by the chuckling over hacking the DNC the day after. How complicit are these bastards in all this? Sounds like a script from the Sopranos, not the Speaker of the House.
But if they find actual machine/data rigging, all hell could *really* break loose.
Roger Stone had this to say a year ago, and he's the master of dirty tricks (his whole op-ed is worth reading):
Since all the polls are averaged and you're manipulating the daily spin, yeah, just get it close enough so people will believe it. It doesn't even have to be close. Trump was way down in several states that flipped - but people just assume he had his pulse on the current of submerged anger.
And Obama rather assured us that the machines and actual voting data were safe. Of course he had to say that, just to keep voters voting and stop the scandal Trump was promoting by claiming it's all rigged.
So what if Mueller finds evidence of actual vote theft in all these investigations?
