An aside: This paragraph from the above is very interesting legally on the Fifth Amendment issue, as corporations are often seen as protecting individuals, i.e., the "corporate veil". Here's a flip side to that:

I brought this up a week ago - I'm happy to have Flynn brought down, and corporate status hides a lot of dreck in the "corporations are people too" age, especially since Flynn's consultancy was largely about violating the law, but I'm also concerned about all those LLC's & S-Corps and whatever allowing Congress & the police to attack the individual by other means (and in a time when everyone has their own home business, that's a huge segment of the population subject to "discovery").
