I have always felt that he would be more rightly pegged as a hysteric looking to share outrage festivals (rouse the rabble, gather the pitchforks), starting back in the Bush years and getting progressively worse after that. Anyone "bored with litigating" definitely lacks patience for reality, as litigation already offers advocacy and narrative creation to the max and that wasn't enough for him.
