Yeah, I'm not sure - it seems like a sop with hidden cash to pay out (maybe from Cohen's own pocket?) to keep Brad testifying on the right side of the street. The other funny timing is Cambridge Analytica just testified that they really didn't do much, that all the hype about their psychoprofiling was overhyped and they never did a real deal. So is Brad Parscale a boy genius, or just a beard (literally, obviously) over something much more nefarious?
And by the way, how about them Spectrum & Alfa computer servers - they fall under Brad's IT biz or not? Seems like their activity *might* have been coinkidinkally tied to to other social media events.
