The problem with evolution.
Gregory Bateson, married to the fraudster Margaret Meade, once dealt with these heresies of science. But since we've been fighting the doctronaire "moral majority", we've neglected the shortcomings of orthodoxy.
Wolfe was utterly lambasted for Kingdom of Speech - except the several researchers here who praised him for it. Is it accurate and justified? Is it flawed and destructive? Or is it a breath of fresh air, but problematic? Nice to see an 85-yewr-old wade into battle in any case.
