    LIE TO ME

    TPM PIX: VOX INSANITUS POPULI

Once upon a time, an eighty-two year old American Nazi walked into the Holocaust museum out of the blue, opened fire against an innocent guard:

This afternoon, a gunman apparently shot at least one person at the Holocaust Museum in Washington, DC. MSNBC is reporting that the suspected shooter, who also sustained gunshot wounds, is James Von Brunn, a white supremacist born in 1920. Brunn has been approvingly cited on Stormfront, a national white supremacist website. He is apparently the author of a tract called, "Kill the Best Gentiles," which his website describes as "a new, hard-hitting exposé of the JEW CONSPIRACY to destroy the White gene-pool." Brunn, a WWII veteran, also wrote a screed on President Obama's citizenship that was re-posted to popular right-wing message board Free Republic:   http://thinkprogress.org/2009/06/10/brunn-holocaust-shooter/

That was in June 20th of this year. In December of last year he posted this on a nazi site:

    WHO SENT YOU???

Obama has lived for 48 years without leaving any footprints -- none! There is no Obama documentation -- no records -- no paper trail -- none -- this is no accident. It is being done on purpose with Media help - but to serve whom & why???

    MISSING-HIDDEN DOCUMENTS:

Original, vault copy of Certificate of Live Birth in the USA -- Not Released (1 version hidden in Hawaii, Original found in Kenya)

Certificate of Live Birth -- Released - Proven Counterfeit (www.ObamaFiles.com)

Obama/Dunham marriage license -- Not released

Soetoro/Dunham marriage license -- Not released

Illinois State Senate records -- None (Locked up to prohibit public view

Illinois State Senate schedule -- Lost (All other Illinois state senators' records are intact)

Law practice client list -- Not released

University of Chicago scholarly articles - None  http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-bloggers/2141655/posts

This list actually goes on and on and on.  Fine, he was a nut case. The Manchurian Candidate fantasy gone wild which, of course, Jon Stewart destroyed.   As did Chris Matthews AND CNN.

    So what about Fathead Dobbs?

Dobbs suggests illegal immigrants find someone "who will just swear you're a citizen...that apparently works in Hawaii"

Dobbs slams "intellectually challenged" Geraldo, "tea-bagging queen" Maddow for birth certificate criticism

Dobbs responds to "ethnocentric interest groups" protesting Birther coverage: "I'm not going to back off. Period"

Eric Boehlert at Media Matters attacked Fathead Dobbs thusly:

It's true that Dobbs irresponsibly mainstreamed radical right-fringe players by championing their half-baked claims that Barack Obama isn't a natural born citizen and is ineligible to serve as president of the United States. Dobbs, at least indirectly, lent the birther movement some fleeting credence as he dragged its misbegotten detective work into the spotlight. And it's still vitally important to monitor Dobbs and call out CNN management for its dreadful hypocrisy on the birther issue (i.e. The story is "dead" but it's OK for Dobbs to keep flogging it on national TV).

But there was some good news last week, and it came from watching Dobbs' slow motion train wreck unfold on the airwaves. It came from seeing how eagerly -- how convincingly -- the birther claims were debunked, not only online by progressives, but within the mainstream press as well -- the same mainstream press that's often reluctant to show up high-profile media players such as Dobbs, no matter how badly it has botched the facts. And let's not forget conservatives, who dismissed and ridiculed the birther claims.

Eric went on to claim that Dobbs has lost credibility, the 'birther movement' is dead and that even rush is afraid to discuss the matter. Indeed, the rhetorical media beat down that Dobbs suffered seemed to reach every conceivable media forum, with reporters and pundits, anchors and TV hosts all lining up to smack the birther piñata Dobbs had so proudly hung.  http://mediamatters.org/columns/200907270015

Even the real feminazi of all times said the birther issue is ridiculous:  On Geraldo, Coulter proclaims Dobbs "wrong on this issue" of Obama's birth: http://mediamatters.org/mmtv/200907270011

How does Fathead defend himself?  Well first he is careful to say that he NEVER INTIMATED THAT BARACK OBAMA IS NOT AN AMERICAN.  He says that over and over and that is how he attacks 'the Teabag Queen' Maddow.  Never happened. He just goes on and on about how 'they' are hiding the 'real birth certificate'.

But this really does not wash. I mean we just had a vote in the House of Representatives honoring the Statehood of Hawaii and acknowledging with no reservations whatsoever that PRESIDENT OBAMA WAS BORN IN HAWAII.  388 to nada.  Five or six of the repubs sponsoring a bill to make it mandatory for all presidential candidates to prove their births.

I contend that this is Fathead's main argument as well as the argument of the repubs like Imhofe who keep birthing alive:

Dobbs says "birthers" are "regular Americans who don't have any representation" http://mediamatters.org/mmtv/200907280040

Let us take this a little further. Besides Nazis who call themselves good Americans and cannot seem to be heard.

What about a significant number of Americans who think that the Earth is 6000 years old?  Should they not have their voices heard?

Or those who believe dinosaurs were on Noah's Ark?

Or those who believe that the Rapture is just around the corner. I mean Reagan appointed Watts Secretary of the Interior. He would get on his knees every morning and pray for the end the world while his primary duties included protecting our natural resources for generations to come.

Fathead and Imhofe and other conservatives believe they have a duty to afford a type of 'inclusion'. Voices of mentally troubled people should be aired SOMEWHERE after all.

I mean what about the sincere people out there in tin foil hats attempting to keep the aliens from reading their thoughts.

What about sincere people who purchased ten Foreman Grills, 125 Shamwows, 35 sponges on a stick and watch Fox News. Should they have their voices heard?

What about sincere people who believe that Teddy Roosevelt fought in WWII?

What about sincere people who believe that Andrew Johnson signed the Civil Rights Act of 1964?

What about sincere people who believe that Harrison Ford is a great actor?

I could go on and on here. I mean I kind of like going on and on. It keeps my mind clear although I think it is affecting my carpal tunnel.
