It's hard to see how they could rent out the space with offices, apartments, and shops. Since it's likely to be just a symbolic homage to the rich man that financed it at least they should sculpt it in the shape of an erect penis.

Uh, the curvature isn't very sustainable at 100 stories - only a few inches.
Just like a people-sized bumblebee would never leave the ground, and a 10x-sized turntable would tear a 10x-sized record to shreds.
