note as per the Senator from CT upthread, seems like the goal may be to finally be able put it to a vote to get them on the record, that Mitch refused House bills for 5 years. So now they will have to vote on it for the record.

I run across local news covering shit like that every couple of days. Use to be a big deal that freaked everyone out.
