Oddly, France avg last week is maybe 2500-2800 new cases a day, but only 14 deaths per day. Not pretty, and the suffering for an infection might be great, but could be much worse scenarios. Of course if they're faking/bungling the numbers...

It's a puzzle, that's why I thought it interesting.
As far as the French Riviera kids, they seem to be ensuring that the stereotype of French arrogance continues to rule. Also, I wonder what influence seeing these videos has on young people elsewhere. And on conspiracy theorists.

They feel less "arrogant" of old stereotype, and more just stupid in a modern internationally unthinking way. Though not as fat as Americans, not that that has anything to do with it.
