I've just seen Scaramucci on CNN. I think we are entering a whole new ball game. He may have all Kellyanne's imagination but soooo much smoother than her, like night and day. I suspect the absurdities and incongruities of what the boss says and does are going to be smoothed over in a far more sophisticated way. That it may be much tougher for those on the left of the aisle to counter...

He's smoother but will that be enough? Spicer's credibility was destroyed when Trump sent him out to lie about the size of the inauguration crowd in the face of pictures that proved he was lying. He was repeatedly sent out with talking points that Trump changed with a tweet a few hours later. Scaramucci has just started out and has yet to be placed in that position. The question is will there be a consistent plausible spin from the WH that Trump won't undermine. That's what's been lacking and I don't think that can be smoothed over.
