Eric Boehlert must read Ramona since she made identical points much more articulately here several days ago.

I almost hate to ask, but where's your link?
Happens all the time - Dag eats stuff somewhat arbitrarily.

For some reason, dag succeeds in sending me info that doesn't make it to the site. I've never figured out what's going on but need to spend more time on it.
In any case, I fixed Hal's link and text based on the email I received. It's actually quite gracious on Hal's part. Perhaps a historic intra-dag rapprochement is unfolding.

Perhaps. I'd like to think overtly asking for, and pointing out the missed link to, what might have been a Hal "standard" puts me on the path toward the rapprochement you mention. Maybe.
Two-way street, eh?

I think Ramona made good points about the media's undue focus on irrelevancies like whether Clinton "shouts". Bernie shouts all the time. Is sexism at work? Quite possibly. On the other hand, the corporate media would prefer to avoid focusing on the differences between the "pragmatist's" and the "socialist's" policy proposals, their calls to action, and their various political acts over time. Focusing on voice modulation, hair, clothes, as well as Sanders' age, and grumpy grandpa persona help accomplish this goal.
I thought I included the MM link when I posted. Not sure what happened there.

Not your fault, it's a dagblog bug

When it happens to me I just click the edit button and re-add the information that didn't make it past the bug. That's always worked for me and while a small annoyance it's not a big problem.

Very gracious of you, Hal. Thank you. I should tell you, though, I used Boehlert's article to prove a point in a comment battle a few minutes ago and, boy, did I piss that
persontroll off! That was fun! And all thanks to you, since I hadn't seen it before.by Ramona on Wed, 02/10/2016 - 8:11am
Glad to hear I'm not the only one you're pissing off ;-)
