Thanks for this. My immediate simplistic reaction, though, is this: I wonder if whatever comes after Trump is going to be wanting to purse "U.S.A. #1" thinking. As that is what it would take to get support for a new "Cold War:, as this time there would be no ideology vs. ideology to play with, just "who's the king of the world?"
