PROFESSOR SARAH PALIN

Seemingly moved by the historic importance of Boston, Palin decided to recognize the city’s own Paul Revere and his famous “Midnight Ride” in which he hung two lanterns and rode to Lexington to warn Patriot leaders that the British army was arriving “by sea.” Palin, however, offered her own take on the revolutionary tale:

PALIN: He who warned, uh, the British that they weren’t going to be taking away our arms uh by ringing those bells and making sure as he’s riding his horse through town to send those warning shots and bells that we were going to be secure and we were going to be free and we were going to be armed.

SARAH'S ODE TO PAUL REVERE

Listen my children and you shall hear
Ms. Palin's version of Paul Revere,
History's a tricky thing, to keep alive;
Without her help it cannot survive
But Sarah recalls that famous day and year.

She said to her friends, "This silver smith
Worked hard to win the day,
While founding the good old NRA
Old Paul stood upon the Church tower to have his say,--

Last night Mathews went nuts, again.

You know he has taken a left turn—about five or six years ago.

And lately he really swings!

He noted that Sarah Palin has proven she knows absolutely nothing.

Lawrence O'Donnell has constantly compared Sarah to Trump reminding us that Sarah is only in it for the moolah!

But in Sarah's defense, Bachmann does not even know where Lexington and Concord are for chrissakes!

AND THIS WITCH HOMESCHOOLED HER OWN KIDS!

I was going to get into beckerhead's historian who will demonstrate that the Constitution is rife with references to God Almighty when the best anyone can find of this claim is ANNO DOMINI on the last page.

But what is the use?

George Will would cite some obscure Federal Paper 143 to prove that children should have the right to die of hunger in the streets and even get into Hamilton's singing on bar tables as some sort of proof that William F. Buckley Jr. knew a lot about communism.

But who cares?

There are no standards to use in deciphering history any longer!

Just make up facts as you go along.

It has ever been the case that Palin’s patriotism extends only so far as it benefits her own self-interest.
