I meant to begin all of this with the debate between Ham & Nye.

Who is so idle in their business that they would take the time to listen to Nye & Ham for two plus hours, except for me of course. hahahah

This is one nut who built an ark and a zoo for visitors who pay, for the most part to see idiocy.
One can never observe what occurred in the olden days!

There is historical science and science in the present. Two different things, altogether.

There is a difference.

Radio carbon dating today does not reflect radio carbon dating that could have been done thousands of years ago. Things change.

The kinds of animals that entered into the Ark, 'became' other sorts?

As a matter of fact Ham is mad at the word 'evolution'. He feels that these 'kinds' morphed into sister or brother kinds.

Ham feels that 'scientists' have wrongly stolen the idea of evolution because all the 19 million species that we perceive in today's world 'arose' from 7,000 kinds.

Now nowhere in the Book of Genesis is the number 7,000 or 14,000 appear. I have read this 'section' many times so he must have found this crapola elsewhere. (Feel free to correct me, I do not care. hahahaha)

And we must admit that the fish of the sea and the mammals of the sea were not obliterated by this world wide flood of fables. I think scientists today would explain how a world wide flood might have wiped out a lot of sea animals. And then there is the problem of mixing the sea water with fresh water....oh who cares?

But the Lord also obliterated all 'fowl' of the sky. Well, some fowl do not fly and some fowl would most probably be obliterated by a giant world wide flood.

But back to the 'kinds'.

A dog will always be a dog and a finch will always be a finch and.....

And Ham, who at one time taught our children?, presents videos from other 'scientists' in order to prove that the fable of Noah's Ark is true and correct.

Oh and all Evolutionists are racists because there is only one race.

Oh and as we get into this first speech by Ham, he cites...oh who cares?

Oh and there is a Lamacrkian School involved in all of this.

Recall that Lamarck thought that these mammals were forced to stretch in order to eat the leaves off of taller trees and ended up being giraffes.

I, for one, do not throw out all of Lamarck's conclusions.

Now Ham presents scientists discussing the 'turn on' and 'turn off' functions of the DNA molecule.
So if the environment changes, certain genes will turn off and others will turn on in order to adapt to the situation.

I do believe that genes turn on and off.

Anyway, Ham would have us believe that 7,000 species morphed into 17 million species in only 4,000 years.
And how can the Universe be so large?

Because God is Great.

Nye goes into how we figure out time, scientifically.

THERE ARE:
Layers in geologic formations.

Layers in the formations of ice.

Rings found in trees. Nye cites one tree that is ten thousand years old.

But going on...
Nye cites the example of the National Zoo. This zoo is 163 acres and can only support 400 species.

Emigration?
How did these animals from the Ark in the Mideast end up in Australia?
For instance, there are no evidences of Kangaroos between the Mideast and Australia.

16,000,000 species?

If the universe is only 6 or 7 thousand years of age, how can we 'see' galaxies let alone stars that are thousands and millions and billions years old?
Ham's answer is always, always that this is because God is Great.

It does not really matter what the question is.

Ham will always tell you that the answer is always GOD.

ENOUGH OF THAT

I wish to get into some of my other 150 hours of investigative vegetative viewing before I even get into the other panels/lectures/debates.

ISSUES
This series all involves the one question:

HOW DO WE KNOW WHAT WE KNOW?

I put off the issue of God, since in the end, I feel the issue is definitional in nature.

We shall never, ever be able to 'bring' a Ham like Ham into reality.

But we must recognize that millions upon millions of folks, just in our country ALONE,  would embrace Ham over Nye.

That is a statistical fact.

Those people exist in reality.

I wish to finish this section with a discussion of 'truth'.

TRUTH

Okay so Trump says he does not know who David the KKK guy is.

And yet here is an audio on that subject demonstrating that Donald has known of David Duke for decades.
Okay so Trump says he does not really know Bloomberg (who was a terrible, terrible mayor anyway) when there are photos of him playing golf with Bloomberg and Clinton.

Okay so Trump says he never meant to make fun of a disabled reporter. 
And yet there are many sources to demonstrate the obvious.

Okay so Trump says oh I have always been against the war in Iraq.
And yet there are videos demonstrating that Trump was for the war at the time of invasion and before.

Now we get into the issue of hypocrisy concerning Clinton's dalliances. hahahahaha

And nobody was ever involved in dalliances as well as multiple marriages than Trump.

But that is not the issue here.

We have no videos of Noah running the high waters in his boathouse 4,000 years ago.

We have no videos of God creating all these languages in the time of the Tower of Babel.

We have no radio carbon datings prior to the 20th century.

But we know the speed of light.

The speed of light in space.

The speed of light through our atmosphere.

The speed of light through our waters.

So just epistemologically, what is truth?

I just wish to discuss the issues concerning truth and justice and God and our cultural heritage.

And I WISH to discuss the issues concerning the masses who believe in stuff I could never believe in.

I think that people believe in the silliness of HAM, because it all has to have something related to their very belief as to who they are.

Science and schooling and advertisements and....whatever will ever change their minds or their souls or their hearts.
