If the Chief Justice votes with the 4 right wing shill judges it will signal that GOP gaming the system has no limit, or foreseeable end, when it comes to Republican power enhancing, Treasury looting, democracy destroying, norm and institution dissolving chicanery.

The Brennan Center left out Republicans don't care about actual "enumeration" of people, they only care about holding and tightening their grip on power .

"Agencies shall, to the extent consistent with applicable law, ensure that their privacy policies exclude persons who are not United States citizens or lawful permanent residents from the protections of the Privacy Act [of 1974] regarding personally identifiable information,” section 14 of the executive order reads.
This means that under Trump’s executive order, non-citizens who are not green card holders can be subjected to having their names and personal information data released and shared without their knowledge or consent."
