They brought him back to America? Look I'm glad we got him out alive but he's not an American citizen. Eventually he'll have to be deported. It's not like he helped us on the beaches of Normandy.

Throwing people under the bus is one of the things Trump does best. Nate Silver thinks Trump should get a free day to float over this betrayal just because the capture part partially succeeded despite Trump's vindictive self-serving and Putin-serving incompetence. Nate was better as a cards and baseball junkie. Meanwhile I suppose Trump Hotel Istanbul is doing "great", while Russians have moved into new sectors in Syria.
