Stardust will dig this. Excellent reporting within.

I love it Destor, and hate the truth of it. The people I trust most watching and reporting on fin-reg repeatedly jumped up and down at the Machiavellian perfidy of the Obama financial team in derailing all but the most perfunctory laws, which apparently left visible loopholes aplenty to conduct business as usual. That Dodd-Frank 'tweaks' about derivatives were left to faux-regulators to define, makes me sick to my stomach.
The FBI investigators looking into bank mortgage fraud are using, according to Wm. Black, metrics supplied to them by the freaking Mortgage Bankers Association. He says that accounting control fraud isn't even in the mix.
Ah, shoot; I could vent further, but it's the end of the year, and my ranting won't get us anywhere. Suffice it to say that Obama picked his team, they suck, they were the authors of much of the financial crisis losing us trillions of dollars worth of our futures. I give him zero credit on helping anything except the auto industry. Sigh.
