The term "bipartisan" should strike fear in the Administration's black heart.

This is actually what's been driving me to read admin and political news obsessively, my usual addiction is foreign policy news, not domestic politics. But I find myself scouring for every hint of when more of "them" are going to turn on him. To the point where when i saw Lindsey Graham had made supportive remarks the other day, I got real bummed, as in: damn, a reversal.

Don't know why it is, can't explain it, yeah it's not rational.

Sure it's rational - domestic politics informs foreign policy. Half the time we go to war it's to help win an election or something. Now the white heartland's restless, we gotta find a head to put on a pike.

Events: Heavy gunfire is occuring around the area of the U.S. Embassy and residential compounds adjacent to the Trutier area of Tabarre. All Embassy personnel have been instructed to remain indoors and shelter-in-place until further notice. All others should avoid the area.

Actions to take:

Avoid the area;

Avoid demonstrations and any large gatherings of people;

Do not attempt to drive through roadblocks; and

If you encounter a roadblock, turn around and get to a safe area.
