Disclaimeer: Even now, I am training under Destor 23 to enter the Lucha Libre as El Geezer, Luchador del Pueblo (spoiler, the routine involves a breakaway walker to slam over the head of the heel...but I digress)
MMA is arguably more merciful (choking out, occasional misadventures notwithstanding, doesn't leave permanent brain damage... Boxing is pretty indefensible, though. (Quiet as it is kept, so is Soccer...)
