Jesus, it wasn't IDF policy - it was an out-of-control soldier who was then arrested for murder. Hardly the way the Wehrmacht worked. And even for a terrorist, the Wehrmacht would have tortured him, not just killed him.

You apparently haven't been following this conflict very closely, PP summary execution has been SOP from near the beginning of these unorganized attacks and this one just happened to have been captured on video.
Earlier Palestinian uprisings were more easily infiltrated and countered because they were organized and the organizers were known. These spontaneous actions have produced a very reactionary response by the IDF because they are clueless as to how to stop them so brute thuggery reminiscent of Nazi Germany is being employed but it isn't any more effective now than it was then.
