According to NPR, a compromise has been reached between Governor Dayton and the repub legislature.
Essentially they are kicking the ball down the road.
Deal is not yet signed, sealed and delivered!

I guess it was the threat of running out of beer and cigs that led to a deal. Once the beer and cigs were gone, people would have gotten the pitch forks and tourches out.
On the serious side I am glad.
