In an interview with InStyle magazine, Oprah Winfrey shut down rumors that she would run for President in 2020. Oprah appears to be a rational person, unlike the current guy in the White House.

But John Kerry might...
That's exactly what Democrats need to shake things up in 2020--an elderly, elitist, establishment liberal with a proven record of losing.

As I was going up the gang plank I noticed a very tall guy shuffling along in the line , 50 yards behind. Noticeable , towering over the line.
I got on and sat in the front row of the seats facing towards the bow . Facing one final row of seats with their backs towards the bow.
They filled and seated 5 feet away, facing me,Kerry.
Full boat so surrounded by other passengers. Chatty ones.
Had he made this trip before?
Yes.
Did he know whether they would be able to see the Kennedy Compound ?
Oh yes.
Could he do them a favor?
Of course.
When we got with in sight of land could he point it out ?
He'd be more than pleased...
When the time came ,he did. They were grateful.
He was happy to have been of service.
And he never asked them for their vote.
Proven loser.

As regards 2020: I agree it's highly likely that familiar elderly faces will be a negative, but why do you presume "elitist" will be a bad thing after Trump and Bannon et. al. are done with what they are doing to this country? Right now I get this sense that the hottest candidate would be a grownup wonk that has never paid attention to culture wars. Populism: everyone will know what it is and that they don't want it anymore.
