Malone is a nut - maybe had some brilliant work decades ago, but now is in full crazy mode, whether from not getting enough credit or simply a lot of people turn nutty as they get older.|
"On December 29, Malone was suspended from Twitter after saying that people who got Pfizer's vaccine were getting sicker than those who didn't. (They weren't...."
So Orion, why are you amplifying this? What specifically is the point you're trying to make? Sure, a quite few people have side effects - mostly non-deadly. What those numbers are exactly, I can't tell you, but almost assuredly not a lot (yes, there are enough responsible people in health to report too much of a problem - but it *is* a pandemic, and last summer 4000 Indians were dying a day, I think currently 700 Russians are dying a day, etc., so if it's fairly successful (and those dying in those numbers *aren't* vaccinated) then we're going to ride that horse until we have another.
And people now have access to Novavax, a traditional vaccine - but *very few want it*. People can blather on about perfection, but they're largely just blathering. Maybe some concern about kids, and there is a chance something harmful displays in a decade, but if all those holding sick stupid protests were serious, they'd be embracing the non-mRNA vaccine - but they aren't.
So let Malone fade out with his 15 minutes of fame on Joe Rogan. This is a nothing-burger.
[note: the unsurprising "Covid deaths are undercounted" along with deaths from needed treatments delayed or cancelled became a Fake News rallying cray - vaccines must be responsible for all those deaths, not a disrupted health system unable to serve sick people properly due to overload. And Malone is just some disgruntled scientist latching onto his 15 mins of fame. Yum.]
