Roy Moore May Already Have Been Elected Because of Voter Suppression

Alabama legislators who referred to blacks as “Aborigines” and “illiterates” may have already swung the Alabama election to Roy Moore because of a Photo ID passed to suppress the votes of blacks and Latinos. The legislators were very clear that the intent of the bill was to prevent blacks from voting and to destroy the “black power structure” in Alabama. The white voters in Alabama are the only ones who can save the state. We will see if they are up to the task.

The former Governor of Alabama was removed for a sexual scandal. A former AG lost the Senate primary to Roy Moore because he failed to prosecute the former Governor resulting in his selection as the preferred Gubernatorial candidate. Roy Moore is an alleged pedophile. Alabamans want to tell us that they are morally superior to those Damn Yankees.

Yankees in Boston and NYC survived terrorist attacks without turning against Muslims. Southerners are buying up guns because they are fearful people. And bigots.

The idea that white working class voters vote for Republicans because Democrats are tied to Wall Street never made sense. Republicans put Wall Street over Main Street at every turn. If white working class voters are incapable of seeing the harm that will be done to them under the current Republican tax bill, there is nothing Democrats can say to attract their votes. The GOP elects sexual harassers and race- baiters and the white working class stays loyal to the GOP.

Black voters make up 27% of the voters in Alabama. Even if 100% of the black vote goes to Doug Jones, white voters will be needed to give Jones a victory. If Roy Moore wins, the country can view Alabama as a backwards, racist state. Urban and suburban white voters in Birmingham, Huntsville, Selma, Mobile, and Montgomery will have to overcome the votes of white rural voters.

I hear Moore has the children's vote locked up. Or was that licked up? Anyway, this year they'll be voting with their feet. And other body parts.

Roy's becoming moore reasonable though - he's willing to remove a few amendments to make room for the 10 commandments.

His interview yesterday by a 12-year-old was remarkable, as the first time he got to wear a Santa outfit *AND* clown shoes - a big ho-ho-ho any way you look at it.. You can see why he used to find the mall so inviting. That, and the feeling of security.

Actions to take:

Avoid the area;

Avoid demonstrations and any large gatherings of people;

Do not attempt to drive through roadblocks; and

If you encounter a roadblock, turn around and get to a safe area.
