So the national elections are under attack, and the staff assistant should get the day off cuz she doesn't feel safe, so the Senator doesn't get to do the congressional vote for president (or however this is)? What a whiny baby story. In the old days "i worked for congressman X one year, it was hell, but i learned a lot and made great contacts, now give me that cherry political consultant job"

I had a friend who was a dentist, 5 kids. One day I noticed his 5 year old had a rotten baby molar. He said what can you do with kids, they don't care. His public persona in his office was completely different, and he had a very successful practice. Go figure.
