Big-picture principles are important, but implementation is important too. It's worth reading Sanders's actual plan, since not only is there a lot of nitpicking one could do but there's also an enormous glaring flaw. It pretty clearly wouldn't achieve its goal of making the United States a country where students pay zero tuition to attend public colleges.
There are two relevant things to note here.

Sanders plan is a joke. Not only would the Sanders progressive tsunami have to sweep Ryan and the House out to sea, for the plan to work, state houses would have to go with them. Republicans in DC and nation wide state by state are going to raise taxes for free higher education? No way.
Thanks for finding this. It encompasses all that is BS about Sanders.
