"soft-pedal" being another popular error going around (I've worried about soft seats, but never soft pedals, though petals tend to be soft unlike pebbles - maybe they can go for soft-pebbles instead, which reminds me of the Brilliant Pebbles addition to Reagan's Star Wars, or the cuter Pebbles to the rather hyperactive ADHD Bam-Bam on the Flinstones. (peddle your wheres ware-ever they may go, up there with "Gather thy rosebuds while ye may..." or however that went). Also thought of pedalling one's ass vs pedalling one's ass off.
