I really like him, too. But eight years is an awfully long time to have such a stressful job. It's enough. And for goodness sake, we have to protect ourselves from ourselves. Look at how hard it is to get incumbents out of congress. Can you imagine 12 years of George Bush? Yikes.

Huh. Apparently Rep. Serrano introduces this bill every two years regardless of who is President. A few others do it too.
