....The text of a new bill is likely to circulate Friday "or by the weekend," White House officials say, with intentions to have a vote by midweek before the president reaches his 100-day mark.
The White House believes they are "close" to having the votes, one senior official said, but "people don't want to commit without seeing the text."......
The Hill basically had the same story this morning (without the White House confirmation which Politico just recently added to their story):
Moderate, conservative GOP leaders say they are nearing healthcare deal
but they have a few more details on the bill itself.

Sarah Kliff @ Vox.com today:
House GOP members are floating a new health plan. Here’s what’s in it.
Insurers could charge sick people more and cover fewer benefits.
Also she tweeted this after pointing people to her own story above, pointing to a WSJ article:

New WaPo/NBC news poll sez the GOP is going nowhere with their healthcare crap. Even If by some miracle, they should pass something like it, they'd be real sorry they did when people start finding out what they did. Hence, the ones that aren't stupid ideologues on health insurance will not vote for it.
Sigh, wouldn't it be loverly if they actually wanted to fix Obamacare, make it better?
Seeing now that Trump doesn't seem to give a shit about how much stuff he wants costs, a bill with more movement more towards single payer with things like interstate coverage could have been real with a more moderate Congress, he wouldn't have challenged it.
