A MUSICAL ODE TO DINESH D'SOUZA

    Dinesh D'Souza

WASHINGTON — “2016: Obama’s America,” a new conservative film exploring the roots of President Barack Obama’s political views, took in $6.2 million to make it one of the highest-grossing movies of last weekend. The film, written and narrated by conservative scholar Dinesh D’Souza, argues that Obama was heavily influenced by what D’Souza calls the “anti-colonial” beliefs of his father, Barack Obama Sr., a Kenyan academic who was largely absent from the president’s life.

To document that claim, D’Souza travels to Kenya to interview members of Obama’s extended family as well as to Hawaii and Indonesia, where Obama grew up. He also cites several actions and policy positions Obama has taken to support the thesis that Obama is ideologically rooted in the Third World and harbors contempt for the country that elected him its first black president.

Dinesh D'Souza (also known as No-Chin) is President of Kings College (or was until a few days ago); a great debater against the likes of the deceased Christopher Hitchens and one of the greatest March Kings.

Dinesh was born on foreign soil just like Orly Taitz

And like Orly, Dinesh D'Souza had a special love for our country, and our laws and our current chief executive with some reservations. Now Dinesh is an Indian American but never really resided on a reservation.

Anyhow, Dinesh seems to have come out of nowhere.

And he applied all his knowledge of physics to his religious views.

Even though he ended up with a degree in English from Dartmouth; he decided that he wished to become an American.

And to underline his American ism this great man married an American Named Dixie for chrissakes.

Crash into me Dixie for chrissakes!

Hike up your southern skirt a little; just for me! Thought No-Chin as he saw his ticket for citizenship.

Anyway this great Indian American decided that he would decipher the mind, the consciousness, the soul of Barack Hussein Obama with one of the greatest tributes to moronic thought ever proffered by an alien (with papers) yet achieved in all of moviedom (is that a word?)

Dinesh D'Souza's documentary, "2016: Obama's America," has grossed $33 million, making him one of the all-time best-selling documentary filmmakers. D'Souza stepped down from the presidency of King's College in Manhattan after admitting he got engaged to a woman before divorcing his wife of 20 years.

We know these facts from D'Souza himself: Three months ago, he met a 28-year-old woman. On Sept. 28, he introduced her at a conference as his fiancee. He did not file for divorce from his wife of 20 years until Oct 4. He claims to have been separated from his wife for two years, at his wife's insistence, but his wife never filed for divorce. (Some media outlets are reporting D'Souza's young woman herself is newly married -- but this has not been confirmed.)

By his own account then, D'Souza decided to divorce his wife only after falling in love with a young woman half his age. He denies committing adultery and makes this astonishing defense:

"I had no idea that it is considered wrong in Christian circles to be engaged prior to being divorced."

I mean, No-Chin had just seen a face he could not forget.

Anyway he told his current (or soon to be uncurrent wife that he was so so sorry but he never really understood American values or American definitions or American rules!)

And what is a mother to do? Passions run high for Indian American Roman Catholic Evangelical lame brains:

Layla, you got me on my knees, says Dinesh.

And if this is the way the story ends, D'Souza no doubt wonders, why postpone joy? Why wait until you are actually divorced from one wife before announcing the happy news that you've given in to the urge to merge with a new one?

    Sigh.

We live in a designed universe, according to Dinesh.

But no matter how well he had nabbed our President in that Kenyan's anti-colonial mind, Dinesh forgot that you gotta hide your love away!

Every day, everywhere people stare in each and everyway.

    Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

    Just a postscript.

Dinesh was receiving a $1,000,000 a year 'stipend' for serving as the president of this evangelical college and at the same time running all over the world making a film that had nothing to do with his duties there.

The man really stole a million bucks a year (for two years) from this silly excuse for a college whilst he intended to make millions lying about My President and attempting to make even more from the corporate oligarchy that owns this nation.

Dinesh is a terrible excuse for an American, for an intellectual and for a human being.

    HYPOCRITE

There is a commenter on Crooks and Liars who signs with:

If I were a psychopath, I would join the republican party, and get in on the gravy train taking the Teabircher morons to the cleaners.

$33 million? Looks like Dinesh has a private car, with private bath, private bar on that train.

    HAHAHAHHAHAAH

Oh this guy has a private car, a private bath, a private bar and a ticket to ride.

    hahahahah

rich white punks and their wannabes on ideological dope

    There is my friend.

You know Trope this reminds me of a friend I had in college. He was a real grunt who shot at people in Nam and he....

Well he would love to use the 'n' word and I would yell at him all the time.

He would go on an on about Bowie and how the bastard would dress up as a woman and....

    hahahahahahaha

When it was my birthday he would bring me great Scotch. hahahahaha

He would drive me to college from my attic launch.

I have no idea why I bring him up now. I have no idea what he has been doing the last 30-40 years.

I will tell you that what this song does for me is to say 'FU' to all those who would impose rules on our conduct; I guess.

Anyway, thanks for dropping by! ha

As I have said time after time, the single greatest attack upon the politically correct is the following even though I was a Beatle fan over the Stones:

Great stuff, DD!   Of course, the funniest line in the whole blog was the part of the setup where D'Souza is mentioned as being a "Conservative scholar"...

I remember I first encountered this nincompoop on AOL back in the late 90's, where his blog listed him as a "fellow" at the Hoover Institution. From the factually unsupported tripe he wrote, I assumed that "fellow" at the Hoover Institution meant he sold vacuum cleaners.  It just goes to show you, if you're morally bankrupt and willing to strongly assert a nonsensical theory when there is absolutely no evidence to support it, you can become a star of the Right Wing Blog World.   He is, and always has been, a putz; calling the Liberals who corrected his total lack of knowledge with facts and figures, names and suggesting Liberals were idiots for not swallowing whole his revisionist history.  I hate the guy almost as much as you do.

Can you imagine being on a college board and hiring a moron like this for a million a year and then he rarely shows up for work?

As I stated some time ago, Dinesh is not as bad as Corsi but maybe that makes him more dangerous than Corsi.

At any rate, Dinesh sure lost a lot of prestige over the last month with a girl who is half his age!

Michael Lind, in his book Up From Conservatism, pairs Dinesh with Charles Murray, both paid guns for right-wing foundations. They play at being scholars; and the the foundations pay them to do it.

Yeah and they are paid rather well indeed.

These right wing think tanks and such set up debates and speaking engagements and they charge a lot money to the listeners.

The same tanks pay these fronts for essays (properly edited of course) and books and...

    Quite a lucrative career actually.
